This is how a viewing tour with us works
- We do thorough preparatory work after the first phone/video call and find suitable areas and properties
- You get professional guidance all days with a local agent. We recommend minimum stay of 2-3 working days
- We show you properties of interest and, most importantly, different neighborhoods and facilities nearby
- Your agent will explain the buying process, and it will be possible to arrange a meeting with the lawyer
- Everything is non-binding. Some people need more than one trip before they can decide on the area and property.
Some customers choose to let us help arrange the trip to Spain when they have decided to take a closer look at homes and areas. We have all the knowledge you need to make a safe property purchase.
Within 2-3 days, you will get a good overview of what is available in the various areas. We work with various independent lawyers and can recommend you a company that speak your language.
When you book a viewing tour with us, you are guaranteed a tailor-made plan where we use the time together to see homes and, not least, areas that are in line with your preferences.
